How do you replace the rear main seal on a 94 camry?

Jack up the car. Place on jackstands. Remove axles, remove transmission. The seal is located between trans and motor.  This is the short version but it is time consuming.  Best done by a mechanic with a car lift, But home mechanics do it all the time. About 6 to 8 hours at home. Specific tools and a repair manual are needed. If you do not have a good working knowledge of cars, and great tools and a helper, I would for sure take it to a good mechanic.
