How do you report a website for failing to deliver goods paid for?

I bought a sweater for my dog on a website (not ebay). I paid for it 6-8 weeks ago through paypal. Contatcted seller many times asking for her to ship or return money. No reply. What can I do?

  1. Contact paypal for a refund etc, they could revoke the sellers selling power


  2. Since you bought from a site other then eBay, Paypal doesn't offer any protection, however if you used your credit card to pay through paypal they contact the credit card company and they can have paypal do a charge back.

  3. Contact paypal, then contact your state's attorney general office and the better business bureau/

  4. Just file a non received item with Paypal.  Just go to their website and find the non received tab.
