How do you rescind US citizenship? I am a dual citizen without access to a US tax Preparer & want to opt out.

I've been an Australian citizen for about 12 years and the preparation and filing of US taxes is just impossible anymore as there is no US tax preparer in our area, no US Consulate to assist, differing financial years, (US is calendar year & Australia is July to June), and differing tax rules & regulations governed loosely by a tax treaty. Can I just rescind my US citizenship and eliminate the obligation to file US returns? If so, how is this done?

My (US) parents have passed away and I only go back to the US every 5 years and even then use my Aussie passport as I enter with my Aussie family who all have Aussie passports. My home is in Australia and I never plan to reside in the US again. Still think it is terrific just really prefer Australia....
