mac's come with a re-install discs. if your dell came with one then stick it in and re do what ever you want

Use the CD you got with the computer to reinstall the operating system. This will wipe your files, so make backups. You could also format the hard drive, and install it on a blank disk if you want to start COMPLETELY from scratch.

restart your computer and hit f2 to go to the BIOS setup

there is an option in the BIOS setup that asks you to reset to default factory settings

You need to format and reinstall everything, get your Windows cd, pop it into the cd rom drive, go into the bios and make sure cd rom is 1st in boot sequence, then save, restart, you will boot from cd, you should see windows install, follow the instruction on screen then your done.
