If you go into yahoo games help, it explains how you clear out your game cache' and start again. For internet explorer, in click on Tools, then Internet Options. In the temporary internet files, click on settings..Then view objects. Click on the file you wish to restart (clear) and delete the file. Then just open the file again and reload. That will clear out the cache' and start fresh. For other operating systems, go to yahoo help and there is a section that gives step by step instructions.

Close out your Internet Explorer or Firefox, whatever you are using,and start it up again.  You can use the x at the top right hand corner of the screen.
