How do you restore memory on a sony memory stick pro duo?

i've deleted all my pictures, but when I reinserted the memory stick to my Sony cybershot, it read that there is no memory space left on the card. how do i restore my memory?

You need to format the card using format feature on your camera.  This should be done after you have copied the image files from each shooting session to your computer.

Formatting refreshes the card and writes new file folders and a new image index file to the card.
