I have done it, it takes a while but is well worth it, there are many different methods to choose from and the last link has a chat where people are usually there to help you decide what would work for you

I used the medical tapes and elastic stretching, but there are also weights and it can even be done manually without buying anything, I found t-tapes and elastic to be the quickest and have a full f******n after a year

you can do a web search for "f******n restoration" to find tones of different techniques, the last one has the best bit of information but the forums are down at the moment but the chat and information is all there

the health effects have never been proven, they are highly debated in both directions, and most of it is based on medical "studies" that would never even be considered to publish today. but the sexual advantages have been proven 100% for me

you dont want it back , uncut guys are much more open to S.T.D.'s and HIV and infections like yeast infections. So I dont hink you want your skin back and if you are dumb enough to try weights get ready to see a doc about p***s problems.

Take a time machine and stop your own circumcision.

The only way i can even think of is using weights 0_0. And even then it might not be healthy for you. Ask your doc, maybe he can suggest some plastic surgery. But really man, be happy with what you have.
