  1. Unless i'm majorly mistaken, you have JUST started the school year, you do not have to worry about starting to revise yet!

You'll just get stressed out and peak too early

  2. firstly you should go through the pattern of the question papers for the exams and make a note on the very most important topics being questioned many times.make a brief list of those topics and study them.become completely familiar with those few topics you have made a note of.then start of by arranging the syllabus in terms of chapters and prioritizing them on the basis of your knowledge of the chapter.like chapter 1 for the chapter you know the best 2 for the second best and so on.now that you know how much you know and how much you don't, try reading the topics you know very well than the ones you don't know.become completely familiar with all the topic you know.try to quiz yourself if possible and that if you still have time and don't know what to do then start off with the topics you don't know or which you feel are hard.and voila you have completed your revision.and don't forget to manage your time properly.

  3. I have found that following four stages to revsion have worked very well for me:

Firstly) Go over any notes you have made from lessons and write them in clear concise ways, an A4 page per subject is good, you dont want too many notes because you will just be daunted by how much it looks like you have got to revise, so pick out trigger things that amke you think of all teh bits that go with it... dont just write in paragraphs use bullet points and colours are good as well if you learn visually like I do.

Although this seems like revision prreparation its actully revision in itself as well.

As it gets closer to the exams start stage two - Reading, going over and learning your notes, testing yourself, carry them around with you on a bus or whereever.

Stage three is best undertaken a couple of months before your exam - prepare a timetable, set aside specfic times for specific subjects, using your school timetable will help you just substitute your lessons for revision slots becaue that way you know you will have adequate breaks and its a rountine of study that your body is already accustomed too.

The last stage is to do practice papers, your teacher should be able to give you lots of these. Do them first with your notes open so anything you dont know the answer to you can reseach there and then but eventually you should be doing them timed as if a real exam with a closed book and then mark yourself as if you were an examiner. this last stage should be undertaken in the few weeks leading up to your exam but still contine with stage 2 and 3 at the same time.....

    Good Luck in your exams

  4. If you've just started the school year and want to start getting prepared, just make sure you start writing summaries or spider diagrams for theory based subjects.  For maths - I'm a tutor - honestly the easiest way to learn is to make sure you do at least 15 - 30 mins a night.  MAths is just practice!

  5. depends on the exam. get a practice test from the teacher.

  6. yaa, take one prartical sub. example :- maths and one theory sub. simultenesly , n divide ur studies bet., ur sub. say 2 - 2 hrs

    ALL D BEST
