my boyfriend (now ex boyfriend) got arrested. He kept calling me and calling me and calling me to come bail him out. I told him that i had no money whatsoever. The next day his friend in jail got out because a bondsman just let him out with $200 dollars (his bond was $15,000) that he payed after he got out. So the friend called me and told me to come get my boyfriend out. So i went down there and talked to the bondsman (granted my boyfriends bond was $40,000) and i told the bondsman that i had no money. Absolutly no money. And he asked me what my boyfriend had and my boyfriend had called and said that he had $2,000 in a safe at his brother's house plus dirtbikes that he could sell. So i told the bondsman that. He said okay and that he would get him out of jail. (also i am 18 years old) So he did and my boyfriend came out and the guy said that he would let him go get the money and then call him back when he got it. He told me to sign my name, so i did. He didn't give me any copies of the papers. We went and i dropped him off at his car because he said he wanted to get the money himself. I kept calling him and reminding him to get it and to call this guy...long story short he said that this was my deal and that i needed to pay the premium myself ($4,700) because he didn't ask me to bail him out of jail. I highley doubt he is going to show up for court and i want to revoke it but the bondsman won't revoke it until i pay him $3,700 by tommorrow even though i told him he might now show up for court. What do i do?

  1. The bondsman said he WON'T revoke it unless it's paid? Ha! Tell him, "I don't have the money." Watch him get off that bond. Don't answer low-life's call from jail, either, when he's picked up.

  2. Go straight away to the prosecutor and see if he will have the bond revoked. you will still have to pay the bonding agent.

  3. call the dog
