When we first moved into our apartment in one of the rooms, it looks like there are two huge blood stains on the carpet. the first two nights me and my 7 month old daughter stayed here by ourselves. I was laying in bed and it felt like something jumped on my bed. but no one was there. about 3 days ago I was in the kitchen cooking and I was the only one there and the cabanet door opened twice on it's own. Then about and hour ago I was laying in bed with my little girl putting her to sleep. and I felt someone pull my hair. my little girl was a sleep and her arms are tucked into her blanket so there is no way it was her. and there are several times my little girl will be looking and laughing at something but there is nothing there.

  1. Ride your home?  Like that guy on the bomb at the end of Dr. Strangelove?  Do you really need help with this?  I think I am having a hard time understanding your question.  I also don't know what a cabanet is.  I tried to google it but nothing really seemed to fit.

  2. It sounds like you've listed a number of unrelated events that you're deciding to interpret as paranormal. You didn't mention doing any investigation, i.e., checking the cabinet hinge and latch mechanism, any items inside blocking the latch, etc. Anyhow, as an alternate viewpoint, I hope you're open-minded to some non-paranormal explanations:

    * Blood stains -- probably juice or some other beverage, not paranormal in any case. If you suspect it is blood, replace the carpet or at least steam clean it. It could be a biohazard.

    * The "jumping on the bed" -- your senses aren't very trustworthy when you're sleepy.

    * The cabinet -- already addressed, and really not unusual

    * Pulling your hair -- your hair was laying under a blanket or pillow and you moved

    * Your little girl looking and laughing at nothing -- this isn't atypical for little kids. They have vivid imaginations.

I don't think you need to rid your home of a spirit. Just get up and investigate with something mysterious happens. You'll probably find no reason for believing in spirits if you look for answers.

  3. It sounds like you're talking yourself into being scared.

The stains could be blood, but they could also be paint or coffee.  You imagined blood which set the stage for later spookiness.

You felt something jump on you while sleeping?  Everyone snaps awake when on the verge of sleep.

    Cabinet doors are notoriously unlevel.

Your hair could have been pulled by nothing more than a movement of your head.

It seems you have a fantasy-prone personality.  Your active imagination is scaring you when it shouldn't be.  I understand your instinct to make your home safe for your baby, but you have a little bundle of joy that should be occupying you with special times.  Don't waste this by jumping at every shadow.

  4. it is impossible to tell as if this house has spirits then that means that the spirit is waiting for something [either to get revenge on whoever did wrong onto him or something [in the land of the living (us)] needs to occur]

try and see if you can find a book on this in your bookstore (look at the section that has witchcraft or blackmagic)

  5. Burn some sage around the house cleansing it of negative energy. You could call a priest or pagan priest but you can do it yourself.
