How do you rig a Gulf Coast 21 sailboat????

My step father just bought a Gulf Coast 21 sailboat and is having trouble on learning how to rig (put up tha sails) I really want to help him out so if anyone knows how to rig up / set up tha sails or if you know where I could go for information on how to do it please help. Thank you so much for all your time.

This will give you rigging diagrams for your boat.
