How do you right click with a macbook, so i can save a picture to my pictures?

is there any way to right click and put save as, and then save it to your pics. ??? i know that you can open pictures and just drag it there but that getts really annoying, can you just right click??

Macbook laptop is driving me nuts having to drag pics to my pictures
