Mould is actually caused by fungi, which are a type of eukaryotic cell. I am not sure whether you are looking for a scientific or practical answer, but you would need an antifungal agent to eliminate or inhibit the growth of mould.

Could you please tell me the severity of the mould growth? If it is severe, you will need an arborist.
