Yes anyone can get hold of the software if you have enough money. More and more laws? this is the reason most are based in places that don't regulate gaming. Basic advertising? If you want to set up a casino surely marketing will be in the budget.

Anyone can get it...the question goes back to basic advertising.  How much will you have to spend to let people know that your casino is open and legit.  The main sites spend MILLIONS on this annually.

I haven't done it but I'm pretty sure that its not that simple. You will need to get a gaming license, you will need someone to write a software programme for you, you will need to be properly regulated and audited, you will need support staff and gaming experts etc etc. These are probably difficult enough and thats before finance even comes into it. You would need millions to start a casino even online (maybe you have millions?). If you do manage to get this far, you need to find a regular custom base, what would make your casino more encouraging to use than the other 100's out there?

By all means dont take my answer as being correct and no offence, but I think im probably being a bit more realistic than you!?
