How do you run disk clean up on Vista? ?

I have XP and a friend needs to clean out cookies, etc. He has Vista and i have never used it, i also have not seen the computer he has, but i need detailed instructions to give. Thank You

first,go to the internet explorer.

and then on the upper right hand corner,u will see tools.

click then n select  internet options.a new window will open,

at the new window,theres like several tabs on it tht u could choose.

choose the general tab.u will see the browsing history section.click delete.

and then,a new window will open and u can select which option u want to delete.
