How do you save a picture to your computer when it's on VIEWMYMESSAGE.COM?

Question

I got this picture that was texted to me from a friend,

and i want to save it.

But, when i right click on it, it doesn't have a 'save as' option.

I was told I could email it to myself,

but when I click 'reply',

I find out i'm really sending nothing to myself.

How do I save it?

I only have 6 days left.

Oh, and I have an iPhone,
