How do you save a song using fruity loops?

i only know how to save it as a 10 second clip but i wanna save it as a whole song. When i tried the one touch recording button it was saving it but it said i had to use the asio driver and no sound comes out when i use that sound driver so it ended up being 2 minutes and thirty seconds of silence lol. help please?

  1. Use the sound driver that you got 10 seconds of music. This was probably your " Primary Sound Driver." Close to the one touch record button you will find a very small box with an orange light that says  "song ," and another next to it that says " pat " ( short for pattern ). If you made your song on the playlist then you need to render your song with song light on. If you made your song on the pattern (or piano screen) and stretched it out, you need to render your song with the pat light on.
