  1. I use a program called cutepdf  its a printer driver that when you print your excel document it actually creats a pdf document.  Best of all its free.

    Once installed you will see PDF Creator in your list of available printers - just print to that printer from excel (or any other program) and you've got your PDF.

  3. You could use Cute PDF Writer : http://www.cutepdf.com/Products/CutePDF/...

    It is a free software that can be used to save *almost* any type of format that can be printed to pdf. You only have to install Ghostscript (see the Installation Requirements section) and Cute PDF.

    To use it, do the same thing as you would do to print the excel file on a conventional printer, but select "Cute PDF" as the output printer. You will see a file selection window and will be able to save it anywhere.

    Choose Save As.

    In the list of available options, there should be one to save the document as a PDF.
