How do you save your fantasy draft on madden 09 for a created team?

play the hole game or upgrade them and then it will say save

You just have to keep drafting players and somewhere around 50 it will tell you that your draft is complete

if you look through the settings you should see "export team" and thats all you have to do

Go to setting and press Save.
