    "Free Tibet" is:

    -  "Po Rangzen" in Tibetan

    - "Po Gyalo" for Victory for Tibet

    This phrase was mainly made famous by Thubten Ngodup during a demonstration in New Delhi on the 27th of April 1998. He was a man working in a monastery who soaked himself with petrol and set himself alight while running in the square, he shouted Po Gyalo Po Rangzen, Victory for Tibet Free Tibet as he was killed by the flammes.
