    -Mecha kucha jan!

    -Mucha kucha jan! (That's messed up)

    Those two are the same thing, real casual, assuming you are talking to a friend like in the example.

    -Kichigai( literally crazy) dayo ne.

    -Kurutteru ne. (kind of the same)

    -Kichigai zata...(state of craziness...)
