btw all these countries say hello however if u want to know how to say hello in austrian, french, maltese etc that is another question

  2. the only one still unanswered i guess: maltese:

    it's either:

    'bongu' - good morning

'hello' or 'hi' - meaning as in english

'x'ghandna?!' - means 'what do we have?!' - for children

'aw ras' - means 'hey head!' - between macho men

'aw sweetie!!!' (+hug and kiss on cheek) - for girly girls

'ara lil min qala l-bahar!' - look what the sea brought today! - for an enemy or someone who is not so welcomed

there are others in use, but are best left unsaid.  they are not for the eyes of people on this site anyway.
