  1. Me gustas

    Gustar means to give pleasure

    So you conjugate gustar to the tú (or you) version which is gustas

    this means you give pleasure

    Then by adding the me in front of it you are saying to me

    So the literal translation is You give pleasure to me. But essentially it is I like you.
