My friend just started french class today and I want to send her an email saying good luck to her, but thought it would be cute if I wrote it in French. Only problem is, I'm fluent in Spanish and know very little in french. Could anyone help me? lol =)

  1. "Bonne chance dans la classe" is too literal; "classe" means "class" as in "middle class" or "upper class".

"Bonne chance dans vos leçons françaises" is a better fit.

  2. Bonne chance dans la classe

  3. Bonne chance dans la classe

    Votre Bienvenue Lady :)

  4. BONNE CHANCE EN CLASSE ,or:

           BONNE CHANCE  ÃƒÂ€ L'ÉCOLE.

  5. 'Bonne chance' is actually bad luck.

Je te dis merde. OR bonne merde is better, although informal; only use on people you know.

Back in the days when comedians went to the theatre by chariots and horses... if there was a lot of road apples in the street, it would mean many people were heading to the theater (lots of horses = lots of those chariots... as no cars back in the days) . So they would say good s@#t because it promised a lot of people at the show, more success, more money... so s@#t was actually a good thing.

Kind of like 'break a leg.'

  6. we say: "bonne chance en cours".
