How do you say "I love you" in Chinese?

I took Chinese for a little while and I know that it's "wo ai ni", but if you're Chinese, how EXACTLY do you pronouce that?

    My English friends pronounce it like : Wall, Eye, Knee....

  5. 'wo' as in war but without the r, 'ai' as in I like as in 'i love you' and ni as in knee.
