  1. Urusai or Shizuka is shut up. Urusai is technically "you're annoying" but it gets the point across the same way. I don't know the other ones. >_>;

  2. "Fire!" is Ute! (from utsu)

    To tell someone to be quiet Japanese just say "you're annoying"

    Uruse, urusai or whatever.

  3. fire = ute

    shut up = damare

    get back = modore

    get back to work = shigoto ni modore

  4. Sweat shop owner? You need to take a chill pill.

  5. "fire" as in the order of "shoot!" is "utte", which comes from the verb "utsu"  but if you want to use it as an order it would become "utte".To say "shut up", you can say "damare" or "shizuka ni shite kudasai", the latter being more polite. "get back to work"  would be "hatarake", which literally means "work!".

    I hope this answer is good enough.
