  1. not to meddle in your business, but maybe just "amato" would sound better... is it just me or "amato da te" sounds a bit strange - other italians out there? maybe "da te amato" would give it a little bit of a poetry kick...

    I guess (besides the fact that it's obviously entirely up to you) it might also depend on if there's a drawing with the tattoo or it's just the words...

    oh, and remember that if the one who is loved is female it needs to be "amata"..
