  4. there is no exact translation to that but you can say "paalam" like when you're saying goodbye. it's sort of a way to say take care. or you can say "ingat". that's a better way and that's the more informal or more used way.

    coz if you want a very literal translation, it would be like, "alagaan mo ang sarili mo" which means take care of yourself.
