  1. Salam Oulakum

  2. orkod fe salam

    ارقد في سلام

  3. erkod be salaam

    but we dont use it

  4. Salamu Alaykom means "Peace be upon you" ... it is a greeting (to the living).

In Arabic we don't really talk to dead people or have epitaphs (we only write parts of the Quran or Bible and maybe the name of the family of the deceased).

But when we're talking about a dead person we say "Allah yerhamo", which means "God bless him/her (or God bless hid/her soul). So maybe something like "Allah yerhamak (God bless you)" might work. (although it sounds like someone sneezed not died).

It would help if you specified or mentioned the context.

  5. salam alikom means peace be unto you but if your talking about a dead person you say allah yerhamo for a guy and Allah yerhmha for a women

  6. We say rest in peace as "May God bless his/her soul" which is pronounced as:

Allah yerhamo "for a man", or Allah yerhamha "for a woman".

And u may also say "Only God remains", and it's pronounced like that:

    Al Baka'a lellah.

  7. Arabic: Salam A'lykom

    Egyptian: Salam
