  2. That kinda gets lost in translation. You could just say "No pero gracias" which means "No but thank you"

  3. "Omnimodis gratias tibi ago" if it's addressed to a single person. If it's addressed to more people it turns into "Omnimodis gratias vobis ago".

    I'm not sure whether both can be shortened as " Omnimodis gratias"

  4. "gratis ago vos usquam" is the literal translation, but I'm not sure if this is how you would communicate that thought in that way.
