How do you say these shopping phrases in Japanese?

Can anyone tell me how to say these in Japanese, as if speaking to a shop assistant? Answers in romaji please.

"Do you sell ________?"

"Do you do delivery?"

"This doesn't work"

"This is broken"

"I'd like a refund please"

Do you sell xxxx? = xxxx wa utte masu ka?

Do you do delivery? = takuhai wa deki masu ka?

This doesnt work = Kore wa ugoki ma sen.

This is broken = Kore wa koware te ima su

Id like a refund please = Hen kin wo onegai shimasu.
