  1. Yo no soy una nina pero una adolescente/muchachita/mujercita <whatever you choose>

  2. No soy un niño sino un chico

    Translation:

    No soy = I am not

    un = a

    niño = child (masculin)

    sino = but

    And you can figure out the rest.

    (change to niña/chica if girl)

  3. Hmm...if it is for writing (as in fiction), this sounds like an important statement.

    You´d want to go with this:

    ¡No soy una niña, pero una mujer!

    Mujer is woman, but also denotates maturity and independence.

    Or, you could use just ¨chica¨which is teenager.

    In my opinion, mujer is a stronger word.

  4. No soy una niña sino soy una chica

    Chica means girl and not adolescent[adolicente]

    Chiquita means little girl like in baby girl.

  5. No soy una niña, sino una chica (or "una joven"). This sentence is said by a girl.

    A boy would say:

    No soy un niño, sino un chico (or "un joven", "un muchacho").

    And you have to say "sino", not "pero". English have only BUT, Spanish has two words (pero and sino) used in different cases.

  6. well i am not = no estoy

    but you dont want to say nina or chica because those are feminine and based on your avatar i would say youre not a female

    so you would say nino and chico

    i am not a child but an adolescent = no estoy un nino, pero un chico
