  1. think about it as when you are doing each thing...

    for example how long do you take ice skating?? once you find that out try to fit as much ballet into your time as possible even if its more than once at least 2-3 times a week. you should stretch in dance class but when you get home stretch before and after you go to sleep. it may sound like alot or work but its not if your realllllly dedicated to what you do. you should also have an inspiration to help out and feel better some one like Kristi Y.
