But, seriously, do you mean the third toe from the right or the third toe from the left?  And do we count the big toe as a toe system part?  Though not a thumb, it is different from the others.  So, the third toe would be the right pinkie, right?  No. Wait.  It would be like the left ring finger on your right foot, second inside from the outside in.  Unless you are speaking of the left foot, in which case it would be the ring finger equivalent.
