Try talking with the most demonic voice you can, and have it come out of the bottom of your throat. It should sound evil and raspy. After you perfect this, try screaming it. Also smoking a cigarette and drinking honey/syrup helps.

just scream, but warm up first! just like with any kind of singing, you must do a proper vocal warm-up before screaming like that if you don't want to do major damage to your vocal chords.

You talk while you scream instead of just screaming. But you have to say something that makes people A) Feel bad for you, or B) Aware of all the reasons your life has some room for improvement. Ideally, both. You have to do it right after the voalist sings, too. The typical format for screamo songs seems to be that in the verse, the vocalist will sing a line, then someone will scream, but a normal scream, and when the chorus comes, it's mostly screaming, but screaming words.
