How do you scream sing? Serious answers only please.

Just wondering how people LEARN to scream sing.

Get a voice teacher and ask them to help you scream sing. I wouldn't reccomend ACTUALLY screaming- rather hold a long, high-pitched, wailing note.  Drink lots of water (don't clear your throat, it doesn't help.) and rest your voice plenty.

Scream singing is a pathetic excuse for any vocal talent or knowledge. "Oh look at me, I can scream! I wear multicolored wristbands and grow my hair over one eye! I want to sound exactly like everybody else around because I'm a product of the times and not of myslef". You suck kid.

Pick out any one of your favorite songs and just scream the words & the melody at the top of your lungs...I wouldn't do it in a place where you would disturb the peace though!
