I would say just imagine whoever or whatever you hate the most and pretend like you're screaming at that. Or scream like your life depends on it.

And you do have nuts, sort of. Just not on the outside. :) lol

Gather phlegm in your throat, make a retching sound, and do a throaty scream.

Do some gutteral stuff to.
