How do you seal an air handler on the ac unit

checkout graingers.com and seach for a high velociy duct sealer. Most in the industy refer to it as "pooky" It is a water based goop that is applied to "metal on metal" connections and when it dries, you'll have a very air tight seal. It's great stuff. Side note: you may even be able to find something similar at homedepot, in their a/c department.

You don't seal the air handler, the doors need to be removable for service and repair.
