How do you search for people on yahoo.com?

i've been looking for someone on yahoo, but dont know how to search for people. can you help me please?

I only search for people on Yahoo!Answers.  You can use their nickname on google and find them pretty quickly.

For example, looking for "stephen k":

stephen k Q&A Profile site:answers.yahoo.com

The google results will return possible matches.  If it is a new person, it might take a day or two for it to appear in the google version of the Answers database.

The best known way to search for someone on yahoo.com is to input their e-mail address into the searchbox of the yahoo homepage.

put first part of email address in search bar. or just (pardon me) Google their user name with : y/a  after it which seems to work best. For instance if you couldn't find me & wanted to , use google search and put me in as : Dave F y/a    ~ I will pop up,you may have to search a couple of pages but I & others are there. Good luck.
