How do you season your couscous?

Just made some couscous and wondering what I should add to make it tasty for non-couscous eaters

  1. paprika and a little lime juice, salt and pepper with finely chopped coriander


  2. I know you already cooked it, but next time use chicken stock instead of water for extra flavor.

    I add in all sorts of stuff:

    Veggies-tomatoes, peppers, olives, carrots, roasted peppers

    Dried Fruit-raisins, apricots, figs, cherries, craisins

    Nuts-pine nuts, walnuts, pistachios, almonds

    Herbs-fresh basil, mint, parsley, thyme

    Cheese-crumbled feta, bleu cheese

    Dressings-vinegar and oil, italian dressing, greek vinegarette

    It is a blank canvas so you can be as creative as you like!

  3. Add tomatoes, onions, green pepper, mushrooms & garlic salt
