How do you secure a business presentation?

I make a gourmet product that should go well in a chain of cafes around the area.

I'm confident that they will be interested if I can secure an appointment.

But I have no idea how to approach them,

what's the professional way to do this?

call, write, send samples?

everything is better up front..take ur samples with u...describe them and state the purpose of them...etc
