  1. Yes or email them to him to sign .Also ,when the deed needs attention he will need to sign and have notarized it.


  2. No but he can send you a power of attorney.

  3. get power of attorney. or go through transaction making it contingent upon all parties signing. once he's back, then get the paperwork done.

  4. Possible  with  a  notory  help,  or  a  real estate  lawyer  help.
