How do you send a text messege to a movistar cell phone in Venezuela from a computer?

In the USA every carrier has a e-mail address for wireless numbers that can be reached from any PC.

4example if I want to text messege somebody that has ATT wireless from my Yahoo! or G-mail e-mail account I just type [e-mail] and that person will receive that e-mail in the form of a text on his cell phone.

I want to do the same but to a cell phone in Venezuela with the wirleless carrier Movistar. If you have one for Digitel or Cantv movil that will be OK 2.

Try to look it up.  And you can't because the scam artist who are most likely Niegerians or Russians just overwhelm you with links to sites that don[t work.  To all of you out there, I will figure it out and you-ll have to find another way to scam us.
