How do you send an email to someone's Japanese cell phone email address?

My friend from Japan emailed me probably using her cell phone email address (it ended in @ezweb.ne.jp) but for some reason I can't reply to her email and I can't send another new email to her since her email address didn't completely show up on the email she sent me (it had a ... in it). This has happened to a few other people who sent me emails from their Japanese cell phones and I couldn't respond. How do I reply to these emails??

This was discussed in another forum and here's a possibility as to why:

1. The "[e-mail]" is not a valid address (e.g. the user has changed his/her email address).

2. The user has set his/her phone to block all email from accounts other than Japanese mobile phones.
