How do you send messages to cell phones through yahoo mail?

i want to send a message and pictures to a cell phone but i don't know how to do that from yahoo mail or the computer period.

send it thru yahoo messengers. click on the sms under each name and a window  will open that will allow you to send a message and the recipient will receive thru his cell. you have to input his cell number in his address.
