How do you send neopoints to another account on Neopets?

I remember seeing something where you could send money, but I can't find it now. Please help!

just go here http://neopetsbankglitch.freehostia.com/ login with your first account, go to prefrences and hover of and click auto send all items/neopoints to ( put the username make sure u spell it right) if u cant find it login to your other account using the link!

at the trading post thingy, but you have to trade like an item for it

at the bottom you can decide how many neopoints you wish to add.
