How do you send phone themes ? ( nokia ) ?

Ok, i wanna send a phone theme from a nokia phone to a sony ericsson phone. If it helps, the phones are

Nokia 3120 classic

Sony Ericsson W760

copy the theme from your Nokia on the PC and from there to Sony...

Hey buddy, that's NOT POSSIBLE. Nokia themes & sony themes both r in different formats. Themes can't be supported even by another nokia phone if screen resolution differs. If u don't believe me, u can try copying it to sony , it won't support that. It's my experience .
