Best way is to send it as an email from your phone to someone else's email or cell phone. Since there is not included MMS program on the iphone it's not the same as it would be to send an SMS. But it's still easy. When you send the email instead of sending it to someone's email address you send it to their cell number. Every cell company has an email-like addres. For AT&T customers it's the cell [e-mail]. You can look up any cell carrier's email address. And then just save the cell number's email as a contact for future refernce.
