How do you send pictures from like Photobucket or TinyPic to your phone?

I was wondering how you did that. I tried it on some websites like Photobucket but it wouldn't send. Can you give me a website and step-by-step guide on how I do that? Oh and I want it to be free=] Please and thank you.

Go to photobucket and find the pictures you want and save them on your computer. Then go to www.mobile17.com and sign up/sign in. Then follow the instructions.
