Question:

How do you separate the egg whites from the yolk in cooking mama 2?

I've tried so many times to separate the yolk from the egg whites but I can't figure out what I'm doing worng. Any advice?

  1. For someone who is really clever in the kitchen, such as a chef, they simply crack the egg in the middle, then immediately invert the egg into one half of the shell, which traps the yolk.

    By pouring the yolk backward and forwards between the two egg shell halves, the white separates into a bowl underneath.

    There is an easier way for those that aren't quite up to chef standard (which is most people, so don't worry!)

    Firstly, break the egg very carefully into a saucer.  You need to make sure that the yolk is not broken and remains intact.

    Then, simply "trap" the yolk by putting a glass over the top of the yolk and onto the saucer, tip the saucer into a bowl and voila!, you will have your white in the bowl and your yolk in the glass.
